Fluid A/S, formerly known as Express A/S, has been a pioneer in the field of data-driven, personalized communication. We built and operated the database and fulfilment platform for one of the first consumer loyalty programs in Denmark. We enabled one-to-one and multi-channel campaigns by the millennium, and we have worked with larger companies and brands in nearly every industry.
In 2014 and after 25 years of existence the company was split into two: Fluid and Express Paperbased. Fluid was to focus on consultancy and data management for intelligent, real-time digital marketing, while Express Paperbased focused on data-driven, individualised offline communication. The two companies are still closely related today in ownership and in day-to-day customer operations.
However, the DNA of the company has stayed the same: Data for Personalization.
