Public organisations gain easier access to modern consent management
We are proud to announce that RubiqCloud has now been admitted to SKI’s Dynamic Purchasing System 02.06 Standard Software.
This means that public organisations will now be able to procure RubiqCloud through a simple and efficient purchasing process when they need a modern platform for managing consents, preferences and customer or citizen profiles.
For RubiqCloud, the admission also marks an important milestone in our growth strategy and strengthens our position as a provider of modern Consent & Preference Management solutions for both private and public organisations.
It is an important step in our ambition to help organisations create better digital relationships based on trust, transparency and compliance.
What is SKI 02.06?
SKI (the National Procurement Service for the Danish State and Municipalities) has established the Dynamic Purchasing System 02.06 Standard Software to make it easier for public organisations to procure modern software solutions.
The framework allows authorities and public institutions to run competitions among approved suppliers, creating a more flexible, transparent and efficient procurement process.
Being admitted requires documentation of both the company’s competencies and the quality of the solution. Admission is therefore an important recognition of RubiqCloud as a supplier of standard software for organisations with high requirements for data security, compliance and digital communication.
Consent has become a strategic discipline
Many public organisations today work with digital communication across websites, self-service solutions, apps, membership systems, CRM platforms and other professional systems.
At the same time, GDPR and rising expectations for transparency place greater demands on how consents are collected, documented and managed.
For many organisations, the challenge is that consents are spread across several systems and touchpoints. This makes it difficult to create a unified overview, ensure proper documentation and give citizens, members or customers the transparency they expect.
The result is often increased administrative complexity, greater compliance risks and limited opportunities to create relevant and trust-based communication.
RubiqCloud centralises consents and preferences
RubiqCloud has been developed as a central Consent & Preference Management Platform that gathers consents, preferences and profiles across the organisation’s systems and channels.
The platform makes it possible to:
- Centralise all consents in one place
- Document how and when consents were given
- Manage preferences across channels
- Ensure consistent handling of consents throughout the organisation
- Give citizens, members and customers greater insight into and control over their own data
- Support compliance with GDPR and the Danish Marketing Practices Act
RubiqCloud functions as a central layer between the organisation’s existing systems and ensures that consents and preferences are always updated and available where they need to be used.
Relevance for the public sector
Public organisations are increasingly working with digital dialogue, member communication, newsletters, events, campaigns and self-service solutions.
Here, consents are not merely a legal requirement – they are a prerequisite for creating trust-based relationships and relevant communication.
A central consent solution can contribute to:
- Better documentation and data management
- Less administrative work
- Higher data quality
- Greater transparency for citizens and members
- More effective digital communication
- Lower compliance risk
At the same time, a unified consent structure creates a stronger foundation for future digitalisation projects and data-driven initiatives.
An evolving market
Consent management has increasingly become a technology area in its own right. While traditional cookie solutions primarily focus on web tracking, many organisations are now looking for solutions that can manage communication consents and preferences across all touchpoints and systems.
This development is driven by both regulatory requirements and a growing focus on citizens’ and customers’ right to insight into and control over their own data.
Modern Consent & Preference Management platforms therefore play a central role as the link between compliance, customer data and digital communication.
We look forward to the dialogue
Admission to SKI 02.06 makes it easier for public organisations to access a modern and future-proof solution for managing consents and preferences.
We look forward to speaking with municipalities, regions, government institutions, member organisations and other public sector actors that want to strengthen the foundation for their digital communication through better consent management.
